Your Journey: Session Breakdown
Session 1: Beginning of Meditative Roots
Friday, September 19th, 2025
Start with the foundations of meditation and gentle breathwork to calm your nervous system. You'll receive a 15-minute daily meditation technique to integrate into your life, and we'll end the session with a collaborative art activity on a community canvas.
Session 2: Flow & Renewal through the Elements
Friday, September 26th, 2025
Meditate through the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. You'll also learn a powerful breathing technique and simple energy-cleansing practices. During the session, you'll receive a piece of original art by Ragini Ashok as a visual aid to help deepen your practice and connect with natural rhythms.
Session 3: Integration and Self-Expression
Friday, October 3rd, 2025
In our final session, you'll learn how to integrate these practices into your daily life. You'll use a gentle breathing technique and a body awareness meditation to prepare for the final guided self-expression activity, where you'll create a personal canvas to take home. We'll add the final touch to our collective canvas, symbolizing the completion of our journey.
About Your Guide
Ragini Ashok is a former research scientist, meditator, certified Reiki Master, and the creative force behind RAMA (Ragini Ashok Meditative Art). She brings a unique blend of science, creativity, and spirituality to her work, making meditation accessible to beginners and meaningful for experienced practitioners. Her art is an extension of her meditative practice, infused with intention to help calm the mind and guide others toward a more balanced and vibrant life.
