A Moment to Return
A guided meditation with Ragini Ashok - 9 minutes
Welcome. This is a little space to pause and reconnect with yourself.
Find a comfortable place to sit or rest. When you’re ready, press play.
Before you begin
Choose a time when you can listen without interruption. Let your breath remain natural, and adjust your position whenever you need to.
Place the artwork where you can see it comfortably, either on your screen or in front of you.
Meditating with the artwork
Let the artwork be a gentle point of attention as you listen.
Before pressing play, spend a few moments looking at the drawing. Notice where your eyes naturally settle: a curve, a color, or a space between the lines. There is no meaning you need to find.
Keep your gaze soft. Whenever your attention wanders, gently return to a detail in the artwork, the sound of my voice, or the feeling of your natural breath.
If the meditation invites you to close your eyes, you may do so, or keep them softly open with the artwork in view.
After your practice
When the recording ends, look at the drawing once more. Notice what draws your attention now.
Take a moment to ask yourself: What do I notice within me?
Give yourself a little time before continuing your day. You’re welcome to return to this meditation whenever you would like a quiet moment.
Art to return to yourself
Through RAMA, I create meditative artworks that invite presence, reflection, and a deeper connection with yourself.
An artwork can become a familiar reminder to pause and make meditation part of your everyday care.
